Packaging

Every commission is hand-wrapped in glassine/tracing paper and protected between rigid boards before being placed in a protective outer mailer for transit. Gift Commission invitations are sent in a handwritten envelope.

UK Delivery

Standard commissions and Gift Commission invitations are sent by first-class tracked post within the UK.

International Delivery

Commissions and Gift Commission invitations can be sent outside the UK. International postage is calculated separately and will be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Every commission is printed by hand and shipped from Malton, North Yorkshire. Within the UK, delivery is straightforward. Outside the UK, your country’s customs authority may apply import duty or tax on arrival — this is set locally, not by the studio, and isn’t included in the price shown at checkout. If you’re ordering internationally, it’s worth checking your own country’s import allowance before you order, particularly for a gift. Please contact us studio@storyandsigil.com
